Overview

Hoton Store is a former agricultural store located in rural north Leicestershire. It has excellent connectivity, being close to junction 23 of the M1 motorway and conveniently located for the large population centres of Leicester, Loughborough and Nottingham.

Goldfish Property purchased the long leasehold and then freehold. In consultation with the local authorities, we then developed the site into two warehousing units. This helped to provide affordable accommodation to local businesses, and rural employment opportunities for the local community. Substantial investments have been made to improve tenant amenities and ensure high standards of site safety.

Hoton Store is occupied by leading importer and distributor of Asian food and ingredients AAA Oriental.
